We ask the same ten approved, public, unbranded questions in each app. You receive the captured evidence and a reviewed interpretation, rather than a promise that every answer is accurate or complete.

Delivery and refund
Both deliverables are due within 14 calendar days after the later of payment and question approval. If we cannot deliver a usable baseline and reviewed brief by that deadline, we refund the pilot payment in full, including any tax collected.
No subscription, automatic renewal or daily monitoring is included. Any later purchase requires your separate choice.

Which services process the questions?
The planned manual workflow uses a founder-controlled ChatGPT Pro account with model improvement turned off, and the founder’s personal Google AI Pro account using Gemini Temporary Chat. We save the exact evidence before closing a temporary session. Both providers process inputs and outputs under their own terms; temporary chat and disabled training do not mean zero processing or retention.
Where will Querytrail keep the evidence?
The pilot is planned to use a restricted business Google Drive folder, accessible to the assigned operator and reviewer. Delivery will use a private route agreed with you. Billing information belongs in Stripe; please do not include card or billing details in a question or support message.
How long will Querytrail keep its copies?
The proposed pilot policy schedules ordinary raw captures for deletion after 90 days and report-linked evidence for up to 12 months after delivery. Eligible active copies are to be deleted within 30 days of a valid request, subject to disclosed administrator recovery, backup expiry and required finance-record exceptions. Final storage and recovery details must be confirmed before the pilot opens. Querytrail cannot delete copies retained by OpenAI or Google.
What does this information page collect?
This page has no signup form, checkout, analytics or advertising scripts. Emailing support shares the information you choose to send with Querytrail’s business mail service. A contact message does not enroll you in a waitlist, create app access or authorize a payment.
